Ms. Induni Hettiarachchi is a Chartered Civil Engineer, with more than 20 years’ experience in project management, quantity surveying and planning. Induni obtained her bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Peradeniya (Sri Lanka) and Diploma in Project Management from the Curtin University (Australia). She has worked as a Project Planner and a Project Management Engineer in many prominent firms both in Sri Lanka and overseas, which include LAN Management Pvt. Ltd. (Sri Lanka), Wild and Woollard (Perth - Australia) and SCOPE Australia (Perth- Australia). Induni joined Cost Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. as the General Manger in 2015. Her experience spans across building, infrastructure and mining sectors. Induni is a Corporate Member of the Institution of Engineers- Sri Lanka (IESL), Member of the Institute of Project Managers – Sri Lanka (IPMSL) and an Member of the Institute of Quantity Surveyors and a Certified Quantity – Australia (AIQS). She is a recipient of the Young Professionals Management Training Program scholarship in 2010 awarded by the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) and also holds a Diploma in Commercial Arbitration from the Institute for the Development of Commercial Law and Practice – Sri Lanka (ICLP).
