Damitha is a passionate, result-oriented and pragmatic entrepreneur specializing in IT/Software Conceptualization and Implementation as well as Operational and Project Management. He is always open to fresh and innovative ideas with global business potential and enjoys building productive business relationships with international partners.

Damitha is not playing active roll in the company’s day to day operation. He is current- ly spearheading the operations of Softcodeit, the Company which he founded in 2004. Softcodeit is an Offshore Software Development Center specializing in a wide variety of services including Cloud Solutions, Artificial Intelligence, AR/VR and Mobile Applications . From humble beginnings, the Company has today grown into a fully-fledged Software Development Center with a staff strength of nearly 50. He also functions as the President - Asia Operations at Integritas Solutions Inc, a Company headquartered in the USA comprising a team of industry seasoned software developers, architects, UX Specialists, and Project Leads managing a wide range of international projects.

In IT related matters pertaining to the company’s consultancy practice, damitha’s con- tribution is much valued.
